---

Good morning to all keepers. The Count, as of this reading, stands at eleven-and-eleven thousand, four hundred and twelve.

A note from the Draw Office accompanies this morning's bulletin: the position of Count Reader, vacated by the closing of Orrin Vell of Ward Eight, returns to the Draw pool as of today. Keepers wishing to submit a nomination for the interim cycle may do so before the second shift. Standard eligibility applies. The Draw Office thanks keepers for their patience during what it describes, in its submission to us, as "an administrative circumstance without precedent in the current record, though not, we are advised by the Archive, in the record as a whole."

The morning is clear over the Tiered Wards. No weather event is anticipated. Gift corrections submitted before midday will be entered same-cycle.

The Count holds.

Quiet Hour follows.

Intercept Desk note: The Draw Office's phrase "without precedent in the current record" is doing a great deal of work for a bulletin that otherwise takes forty-three seconds to read.
